I Saw Them Live...

At first I nostalgia'd, then I serious'd. Hello Peeps, this is DJ Benjammin. Today I'll be posting a Hot Chip mix tape that I created wayy back in 2008 - you were probably too young to remember. It contains songs so rare that nobody else, not even Hot Chip, could have compiled them. To obtain these songs, I had to make accounts on strange russian websites, fill out surveys, give out my SIN and credit card numbers, and kill a man. For one song, I had to go to Joe Goddard himself. He told me to leave. I said I would trade my body for a song no one has ever heard before. He accepted and three days later, I got that song.

My career as a DJ has allowed me to see many places and meet incredible people. People I've met include my friends, and local weatherman Dave MacDonald, although I only saw him walking from a distance and it wasn't related to DJing. I've been to over five different house parties where I was permitted to play music through my ipod. One time I was allowed to play three songs in a row, but then somebody changed it to their own ipod because they're all greedy bastards.
